There are various options to choose from, but it is up to YOU to create and format our sessions together, in the most convenient way that meets your needs. Whether we meet in person, by phone, or over the internet, you will always receive the same professional services from Lifequest. We will design a program around your specific goals and situation and these options will be discussed during your COMPLIMENTARY coaching session.
As a professionally trained and certified Coach, our fees are comparable to other trained, experienced professionals. For a reasonable monthly fee, you can reduce the expenditure of negative energy and shorten the transition from divorce to the next stage of your life.
Coaching is a process and it evolves differently over time and with each person, but the average coaching relationship usually lasts between 3 to 12 months. However, at Lifequest, coaching continues as long as there are benefits for you, the client.
To introduce you to who we are and what we do, we offer an initial confidential consultation that is COMPLIMENTARY to discuss your main issues, what you hope to achieve and to determine if our coaching services are the right fit for you. Complimentary sessions are conducted by phone for 45 minutes to one hour.
