Divorce Advocate / Court Support

Obviously you and your attorney will spend a lot of time discussing what could happen at a trial and what your courtroom experiences could be like. However, at Lifequest, we provide you with a unique option. We have a strong commitment to our clients and in that regard, we will attend meetings with you and your attorney/mediator/partner/etc. as you deem necessary. This component of Lifequest is useful during the chaotic times when you may feel so overwhelmed that having an ‘advocate' by your side would be beneficial in helping you anticipate and manage any reactions as they occur.

As your coach and advocate, we will also accompany you to any hearings or court appearance that you request of us. The advantage of having court support is that the client will experience reduced anxiety, a feeling of increased control and remain more confident and focused. Additionally, we can review the plans that are to be put into place for your children and we can help you communicate with your children about the proposed schedules and plans for the long term needs of all of the family members. As your advocate, we will support you and guide you along your path, all with confidentiality at its core.

At Lifequest, we will support you both in and out of the Court Room:
